OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY; DEFINITIONS
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Definitions. For purposes of these Official Rules, the following terms apply:
“Sponsor” means the company conducting the sweepstakes, Hudson Performance LLC, located at 601 WARREN LN SIDNEY, MT 59270-5511.
“Sweepstakes” means the promotional sweepstakes governed by these Official Rules.
“Merchandise” means a piece of merchandise offered for sale by Sponsor that is expressly designated by Sponsor as Eligible to generate an entry into the Sweepstakes.

“Entry” means a valid submission into the Sweepstakes made by either (i) an eligible Merchandise purchase or (ii) a properly completed postcard mailed to Sponsor as described below.
“Start Date” means April 24 2026 EST 11:59:59pm
“End Date” means the August 24 2026 EST 11:59:59pm
“Entry Period” means the period beginning on the Start Date and ending on End date. 4 months, 122 days
“Drawing Date” means the date on or about the Potential Winner will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible Entries.
“P.O. Box” means P.O. Box 37 Sidney, Montana 59270.
“Required Documents” means any documents Sponsor may require in connection with prize award and acceptance, which may include, without limitation, an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release in favor of Sponsor, a publicity release (where lawfully required), and any tax documents or forms required by law.
“Potential Winner” means the Entrant selected in the drawing, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
HOW TO ENTER
Methods of Entry; No Limit on Number of Entries. During the Entry Period, an eligible
person may enter the Sweepstakes through either of the purchase or mail in entry methods described below and may enter as many times as they wish through either method, subject to compliance with these Official Rules.
Purchase Entry (Merchandise Purchase = One Entry):
One Entry per purchase. Each completed purchase of one (1) piece of eligible Merchandise during the Entry Period results in one (1) Entry.
Separate Purchases. Multiple separate purchases of eligible Merchandise result in multiple Entries, with each purchase generating one (1) Entry.
Eligibility of Purchase. Only purchases of Merchandise expressly designated by Sponsor as eligible for the Sweepstakes will generate an Entry.
Mail-In Entry (One Postcard = One Entry).
How to Submit. To enter without purchase, the entrant must legibly hand write, or otherwise legibly print the entrant’s required information on a postcard and mail the postcard to: Hudson Performance LLC at P.O. Box 37, Sidney, Montana 59270.
Entrant’s Required Information. The Entrant must legibly hand write, or otherwise legibly print, the following information on the postcard for the postcard to be determined a valid Entry:
The Entrant’s full legal name;
The physical address of the Entrant’s domicile;
The Entrant’s mailing address if different than the physical address;
The Entrant’s date of birth;
The Entrant’s daytime phone number;
Mail entry postcard in a #10 business-sized envelope with first class postage Affixed to Hudson Performance P.O. Box 37, Sidney, Montana 59270;
One Entry per Postcard. Each properly completed postcard received by Sponsor during the Entry Period results in one (1) Entry.
Multiple Postcards Permitted. Entrants may submit as many postcard Entries as they wish, provided each postcard is separately mailed and otherwise complies with these Official Rules. Mailed entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and invalid.
Limit one entry per outer-mailing envelope.
Bulk shipments {multiple entries in one shipping package} will not be accepted Entry Receipt Deadline; Determination of Timely Receipt.
There is no limit to the number of mail-in entries an entrant can submit.
Entries must be received by End Date. All Entries, whether submitted by Merchandise purchase or by postcard, must be received by Sponsor not later than the End Date.
Purchase Entries Deemed Received. A purchase Entry is deemed “received”
when Sponsor’s systems record the completed purchase transaction for eligible Merchandise during the Entry Period.
Postcard Entries Deemed Received. A postcard Entry is deemed “received” only when the postcard is actually delivered to and obtained by the Sponsor at the P.O. Box by the End Date, regardless of postmark date on the postcard. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, damaged, delayed, or postage-due mail, and such attempted-Entries are deemed void.
Postcards Become Sponsor Property; No Return.
Property of Sponsor. All postcards submitted as mail-in Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt.
No Return. Postcards will not be returned to Entrants for any reason, including upon request.
Administrative Handling. Sponsor may handle, store, copy, and dispose of postcards in Sponsor's sole discretion, consistent with these rules and applicable law.
Compliance with Official Rules; Void Entries.
Compliance required. To be valid, each Entry must be submitted in accordance with this “How to Enter” provision and received within the Entry Period as stated above.
Void Entries. Sponsor may disqualify and void any Entry that Sponsor determines, in its reasonable discretion, fails to comply with these Official Rules, including but not limited to Entries received after the End Date.
ELIGIBILITY
Geographic Eligibility (United States; Excluded States).
Geographic Eligibility. Subject to these Official Rules and applicable law, the Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States, including the District of Columbia.
Excluded States. Notwithstanding the foregoing, residents from the following states are exempt and are NOT ELIGIBLE to enter or win: Alaska; Arizona; Florida; Hawai‘i; New York; and Rhode Island.
Determination of Residency. Sponsor may require proof of residence and eligibility at any time. Eligibility is determined by the Entrant’s primary legal residence as of the Start Date, as determined by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion.
Age Eligibility.
Minimum Age. Entrants must be eighteen (18) year of age or older as of the Start Date to be eligible to enter and win.
Proof of Age. Sponsor may require proof of age and identity as a condition of awarding any prize. If an entrant cannot provide satisfactory proof upon request, the entrant may be disqualified and deemed ineligible.
Ineligible Persons. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and any participating retailers are not eligible to enter or win.
Verification and Enforcement. Sponsor may verify eligibility at any time and may disqualify any entrant or potential winner if Sponsor determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the Entrant is ineligible or has otherwise violated these Official Rules.
Void Where Prohibited; Compliance with Law.
Void Where Prohibited. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Compliance with Law Required. Participation in the Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) as necessary to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements, provided that any such action will be taken in a manner consistent with these Official Rules and applicable law.
DRAWING
Random Drawing; Winner Selection. Sponsor will select the Potential Winner in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about the Drawing Date from among all eligible Entries received by Sponsor by the end of the Entry Period in accordance with these Official Rules. The drawing will be conducted under procedures determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion, intended to ensure random selection. Sponsor’s designation of a Potential Winner is not a determination that the Potential Winner has won a prize, the Potential Winner must first satisfy all eligibility, verification, and other requirements set forth in these Official Rules.
Odds of Winning. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received by Sponsor during the Entry Period. There will be one (1) winner drawn for the prize in the Sweepstakes.
Notification of Potential Winner. Sponsor will attempt to notify the Potential Winner by [MAIL OR PHONE] using the contact information provided by the entrant (or otherwise associated with the Entrant’s Entry). Sponsor is not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify any Potential Winner due to inaccurate, incomplete, illegible or changed contract information; mail delivery issues; telephone connectivity issues; voicemail settings; or any other circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control. If the Sponsor’s efforts to
notify the Potential Winner are unsuccessful, the Sponsor, in their reasonable discretion, shall draw an alternate winner.
Winner List. Sponsor shall post the name of Winner(s) on the official sweepstakes Website www.hudsonperformance.shop on or about the Drawing Date.
Verification; Required Documents; Return Deadline
Verification Required. Each Potential Winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Execution and Return of Required Documents. As condition of receiving a prize, the Potential Winner must sign, notarize if required, and return to Sponsor all Required Documents within fourteen (14) days after the date Sponsor provides notice to the Potential Winner, or by such other deadline as Sponsor may specify in the notice (the “Document Deadline”).
Failure to Comply. If a Potential Winner fails to timely return the Required Documents by the Document Deadline; fails to provide any additional information reasonably requested by Sponsor for verification or otherwise is found to be ineligible; cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts; or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Potential Winner may be disqualified and will forfeit any right to the prize.
Taxes; Tax Reporting; Winner Responsibility.
Compliance with Tax Requirements. Prize award is subject to compliance with all federal, state, and local tax reporting and withholding requirements imposed by law. Sponsor may require the Potential Winner to complete and return any tax forms required by law as part of the Required Documents.
Income Taxes. All income taxes and any other taxes, fees, and surcharges (if any) arising out of or relating to prize acceptance and/or use are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor makes no representation regarding tax treatment and encourages all entrants to consult a tax advisor.
Forfeiture and Alternate Winner Selection. If a Potential Winner is disqualified or otherwise forfeits the prize for any reason described in these Official Rules, Sponsor may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, select an alternate Potential Winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible Entries. Sponsor may repeat this process until the prize is awarded or until Sponsor determines, in Sponsor's sole discretion, that awarding the prize is not feasible.
Agreement to Official Rules; Sponsor Decisions Final. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s interpretations and decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, eligibility, the drawing, notification,
verification, prize award, and the interpretation of these Official Rules.
Release of Liability; Waiver; Indemnity.
Release and Waiver. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, by entering and/or participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant (and, if applicable, each winner) releases and waives any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating to (i) participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize; (iii) any travel or activity related to receipt or use of a prize; and (iv) any printing, administrative, technical, human, or other errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries.
Hold Harmless. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Sponsor harmless from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to the entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the entrant's acceptance, receipt, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize.
Carve-out Where Prohibited. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain warranties, liabilities, or damages, or do not allow waivers of certain rights. In such jurisdictions, the releases, waivers, limitations, and exclusions in these Official Rules apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION
Prize. The sole prize in this Sweepstakes is a 2015 Stingray Corvette with Z51 package. The prize has an estimated retail value of $38,000. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Additional prize disclosures - Winner will be solely responsible for any applicable licensing, insurance, title and registration fees and any other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to costs incurred by winner related to the acceptance, pickup/transport or use of a prize. Winner must agree to pick up prize at a Sponsor-specified location in Sidney, Montana within thirty (30) days of notification of availability from the Sponsor; failure to take delivery within 30 days of availability could cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. Winner must possess required travel documents (e.g., a government-issued ID, passport), as applicable. Winner must have a valid driver’s license which permits operation of prize vehicle in the winner’s state/province/territory of
residence and evidence of legally required insurance prior to taking delivery. In the event winner is unable to take delivery of the prize, winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, where lawful, at its sole discretion. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Prize winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage or theft to the prize after taking delivery/obtaining ownership, and Sponsor will have no obligation to replace it. The prize will be awarded “AS IS” without warranty by Sponsor of any kind. Winner acknowledges that some components of the prize are preowned, and Sponsor has not made nor is in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any component of the prize offered in this Giveaway, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Prize vehicle may not meet safety or emissions testing required in some states, provinces, territories and/or counties/municipalities. Winner is responsible to check their state/province/territory/county for applicable emissions requirements and safety inspection requirements prior to accepting prize and must use vehicle in accordance with those regulations
CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM
Governing Law; Montana Jurisdiction. The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, any prize, or these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Sidney, Richland County, Montana, and each entrant irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
